At Luxury Bags Buyers, every item is carefully inspected, authenticated, and photographed in detail before it is listed. Because each piece is a unique, individually-sourced luxury item, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. We encourage all customers to review item descriptions, photographs, and condition details carefully before completing a purchase, and to contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

Condition & Authenticity

All items are guaranteed authentic. Each listing accurately reflects the condition of the item as assessed by our specialists. Pre-owned pieces may show signs of prior use consistent with their stated condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an item that is materially different from its description, or that was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will review each case individually and work with you toward a fair resolution.
